Privacy Policy WIT

WIT is a global messaging application where users can send messages visible to everyone in real time. The app is developed and managed by Enrico Emprin

1. Types of Data Collected

WIT does not collect personally identifiable information. Users can choose an arbitrary nickname, which cannot be traced back to a real identity.

The app only records:

• the session connection ID to the server (technical),
• the content of messages sent in the global chat,
• the chosen username,
• the date and time of message submission.

This information is used solely for the correct functioning of the chat and does not allow identification of the user as a natural person.

2. Minors

The use of the WIT app is reserved for users aged 18 and over. We do not intentionally collect data from minors.

3. Third-Party Services

To ensure the stability and security of the service, we rely on:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for server infrastructure,
• Cloudflare for connection protection and optimization.

These services may process technical data (such as IP, network logs) according to their policies. We invite you to consult:

4. Purpose of Data Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to:

• enable the sending and display of messages in the global chat,
• ensure the security and integrity of the service.

We do not perform profiling, do not display personalized advertising, and do not share data with third parties.

5. Data Security

We have adopted technical and organizational measures to protect the processed data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. User Rights

Even though the data processed cannot be traced back to individuals, we remain available for any requests or clarifications.
