Welcome to WIT, a global open chat platform developed by Enrico Emprin and Federico Lo Faso. By accessing and using the app, the user agrees to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Description of the Service

WIT is an application that allows users to send messages in a global, non-private chat. No registration is required, and each user can choose an arbitrary nickname.

3. Permitted Use

Users agree to:

• Use the app in accordance with the law and common sense.
• Not send offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or violent content.
• Not compromise the technical functioning of the application.

We reserve the right to moderate, obscure, or remove messages that violate these rules.

4. Minimum Age

The use of the app is only allowed for users aged 18 or over. By using the app, the user confirms they meet the minimum age requirement.

5. Content and Responsibility

All messages sent in the chat are public and visible to anyone. Users are fully responsible for the content they publish. WIT is not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Data Collected

As described in the Privacy Policy, we only store:

• the content of the message,
• the date and time of submission,
• the chosen nickname,
• the session ID of the connection.

No personal data is collected or associated with real identities.

7. Limitation of Liability

WIT is provided "as is", without any warranties. We are not responsible for any malfunctions, interruptions, data loss, or inappropriate content posted by other users.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.
